Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Understanding of IEPs and therapy documentation requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students in grades PreK-12
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in student IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and progress notes
  • Provide support and resources to families and educators
  • Stay current with best practices, therapy techniques, and compliance requirements
