This is a two-night job, on October 13th&14th, from 11PM-4AM. Workers that perform well may be contacted to work again in the future.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Position Summary

The cleaning staff is responsible for performing deep cleaning and maintaining assigned areas within a restaurant. Duties may vary, so flexibility and willingness to perform assigned tasks are required.

Work Schedule

Must be available to work between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Work Location

Restaurant is located in Malden, Massachusetts

Training Provided

We offer on-the-job training. Internal supervisors will train employees on all cleaning procedures and the proper use of cleaning products.

Essential Duties

This position may include kitchen cleaning, front-of-house cleaning, or both.

Kitchen Cleaning

• Clean kitchen equipment
• Rinse and sanitize floors and surfaces
• Wash walls, shelves, and handles
• Polish metal surfaces
• Perform any other tasks necessary to maintain an “A” health inspection rating

Front-of-House Cleaning

• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash and dispose of it in designated areas
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Dust light fixtures, windowsills, and all horizontal surfaces
• Clean and polish metal fixtures and shiny surfaces

General Responsibilities

• Follow all safety standards and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Job duties may be modified at any time

Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Restaurant cleaning experience is a plus

Position Type

• 1099, with the opportunity for future work for high performers.

Pay

• $23.00 per hour
