Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; candidates with a Master’s degree or higher are strongly preferred.
- Holding an active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is essential.
