What You’ll Tackle

• Perform inspections and testing at receiving, in-process, and final stages to verify compliance.
• Capture, analyze, and communicate inspection outcomes; trigger and support corrective actions for any nonconformities.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, instructions, and protocols that sustain consistency.
• Partner with production to champion quality expectations and continuous improvement.
• Lead or support root cause investigations that enhance product quality.
• Uphold housekeeping, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training team members on quality assurance workflows.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical capability.
• Proficiency with measurement and test equipment.
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
