What You’ll Tackle
- Perform inspections and testing at receiving, in-process, and final stages to verify compliance.
- Capture, analyze, and communicate inspection outcomes; trigger and support corrective actions for any nonconformities.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, instructions, and protocols that sustain consistency.
- Partner with production to champion quality expectations and continuous improvement.
- Lead or support root cause investigations that enhance product quality.
- Uphold housekeeping, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in training team members on quality assurance workflows.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (preferred).
- Knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical capability.
- Proficiency with measurement and test equipment.
- Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
