Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Behavior Specialist or ABA Therapist within a dynamic school environment near Concord, NH. This full-time contract position runs from August 2026 through June 2027, offering 37.5 hours each week with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

In this assignment, you will contribute to the NECC Program, working across either middle or intermediate school settings. Two openings are available at the middle school level (grades 7 and 8), and one is at the intermediate level (grades 5 and 6)—ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of young students navigating behavioral and learning challenges. The intermediate school position is open to candidates who are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and can offer the additional benefit of BCBA supervision.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience or training as a Behavior Specialist or ABA Therapist in a school setting
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials are highly valued, especially for the intermediate school role
Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques and interventions
Ability to work collaboratively with educators, school staff, and families
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassion, patience, and a genuine drive to support student growth

Key Responsibilities:
