Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their unique mental health needs and aspirations.

  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships.

  • Facilitate goal-setting sessions with clients, assisting them in identifying actionable steps toward their mental health objectives.

  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with professional ethical standards and legal requirements.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients represent various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, enriching the therapeutic process and requiring an adaptable approach to care.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • \n

  • Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.

  • Proven ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele through effective therapeutic techniques.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based interventions that drive positive client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
