Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with on call responsibilities
- Monday - Friday, Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M – 11:00 P.M
- Weekend on call rotation
Location: The Elms Center, Milford, NH
Salary - Up to $55 an Hour, Based on Experience

Your Role:
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed plans
Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare teams
Educate families and residents on health management and wellness
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
Rotating weekend on call responsibility
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Hampshire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for excellent patient care
Prior experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required
