Paraprofessionals - Concord, NH | Elementary, Middle School & High School Opportunities
ProCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals to support students in a school district located in Concord, New Hampshire. These positions are primarily 1:1 support roles, with opportunities available at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels. Candidates will be placed based on their experience and grade-level preference whenever possible.
The district is open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds, including Paraprofessionals, ABA Therapists, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). RBTs and ABA professionals must be comfortable working independently without BCBA supervision during the school day.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Experience in education, special education, ABA, behavioral support, or related fields welcomed
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, patient, and student-focused mindset

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to assigned students
- Assist with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Implement classroom and behavior support strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
- Maintain documentation and follow district protocols as needed
