Position Overview\n
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a community-based vaccination initiative. This is a patient-facing role responsible for administering a variety of immunizations while delivering exceptional clinical care in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.
\n
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.

Key Responsibilities\n

- Administer a wide range of vaccines including:\n

- Influenza (Flu)
- COVID-19
- MMR
- Hepatitis A & B
- Tdap
- Shingles (Zoster)
- Pneumococcal
- HPV
- RSV
- Other CDC-recommended immunizations

\n
\n
\n
\n
- Assess patients prior to vaccination and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Provide patient education regarding vaccines, side effects, and post-vaccination care.
- Accurately document immunizations in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism.
- Adapt to changing workflows and support operational needs as required.

Required Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization administration.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
- Must not appear on any federal exclusion list.

Preferred Qualifications\n

- Previous experience in community health, retail clinics, public health, or vaccination programs.
- Experience administering multiple vaccine types.
