We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our onsite maintenance team. Essential Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
- Diagnose and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and lock issues.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with apartment turns and unit preparations.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests with exceptional customer service.
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and building systems as needed.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
- Assist with occasional resident and community events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance or property maintenance
- Working knowledge of:
- Appliance repair
- HVAC systems
- Plumbing
- Light electrical work
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Locks and keys
- General building maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle available for use throughout the community and occasional off-site travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Comfortable working around dogs in a highly pet-friendly community.
