Title: MDS Coordinator RN

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts RN license required

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Compensation:
$102,000-$108,000 per year (DOE)
MDS salary increases are tied to census.
Quality Measure Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to $7,500 annually.
