Licensed Practical Nurse, long-term care, based in Keene, New Hampshire, start date 10/26/2026 for a 4-week travel assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $742 to $767, with guaranteed 32 hours per week. Shift is nights (5x8) from 23:00 to 07:30 in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per orders, and document responses
- Monitor vital signs, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the care team
- Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, residents, and families; respond to call lights promptly
- Maintain safety, infection control, and standard precautions; assist with activities of daily living as needed
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in a travel assignment
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to work within a team
- Ability to pass standard background checks and health clearance required for travel assignments
