The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
- \n
- Load, unload, and operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes
- Run repeat and production jobs while maintaining quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers
- Perform in-process inspection and basic troubleshooting
- Use precision measuring tools to verify parts
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to keep production running smoothly

- Machines: Kitamura, Brother, Miyano, Doosan, Smart CNC mills & lathes

- Inspection Tools: Micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges

Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and part drawings

- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work with minimal supervision

- 2+ years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience
- Familiarity with CNC mills or lathes (Kitamura, Brother, Miyano, Doosan, Smart a plus)
