Construction Estimator
Job Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documentation

Perform quantity take-offs for drywall, metal framing, and associated scopes

Develop and maintain project budgets

Collaborate with project managers and internal teams for bid preparation
-
Respond to inquiries related to estimates and project costs
-
Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
-
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all estimating activities
-
Support cost control and financial planning throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications and Certifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating

Strong expertise in metal stud framing and drywall systems
-
Proven ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost analysis
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
-
Experience with estimating software (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills
-
Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Valid driver's license
