Key Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Formulate, revise, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on patient response to treatment
- Coordinate and supervise patient care activities across a 19-bed Medical/Surgical unit serving a pediatric through geriatric population
- Utilize assessment data to identify patient care needs, including patient education and discharge planning
- Recognize and report abnormal assessment findings, incorporating results into the plan of care and revising expected outcomes as needed
- Accurately document all patient care activities including wound assessment, medication administration, nursing flow sheets, and all assessment forms
- Delegate tasks appropriately to healthcare team members while maintaining organizational priorities

Required Qualifications\n

- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License (must be provided at time of submission)
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification (must be provided at time of submission)
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification (must be provided at time of submission)
- Minimum 3 years of current Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience of at least 6 months
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Must have personal vehicle available for use during assignment

- Telemetry or Progressive Care unit experience
- Medical/Surgical Skills Checklist completed within the past year
