Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Pembroke, MA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Daily responsibilities include providing direct patient care, documenting assessments and progress, coordinating with referring providers, and educating patients on home exercises and injury prevention. The role also involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, participating in performance training programs, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.\n

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess, treat, and progress patients safely and effectively.

  • Candidates should possess solid Patient Care and Home Care skills to provide compassionate, personalized treatment and clear instructions for at-home exercises and recovery.
  • \n

  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions to support accurate clinical decision-making.
  • \n

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • \n

  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • \n

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • \n

  • Experience or interest in orthopedics, sports performance, or outpatient physical therapy settings is highly beneficial.
