Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in PCU, Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a similar acute care setting
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital environment
- Comfortable performing charge nurse duties when needed
- Willingness to float to other units as needed, including ED and MCH
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient assessment skills

- Provide direct nursing care for PCU, Telemetry, and Med-Surg patients
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and collaborate with the care team to support timely interventions
- Perform charge nurse responsibilities as assigned
- Float to other units based on department needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient care
- Participate in quarterly education sessions and support ongoing professional development
- Contribute to a positive, flexible, and team-oriented care environment
