What You'll Do
- Actively engage in activities and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain open communication with parents through progress reports and informal discussions.
- Bi-Annual assessments and parent conferences with customized portfolios.
- Plan and implement emergent curriculum that meets the unique needs and interests of our students.
- Adhere to all center policies and state regulations.
Requirements
- Full background check
- Ability to work with children of all ages.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- Associate or Lead qualified teacher.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of child development.
- Full time Position (40 hours).
