Lab Testing Technician

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading regulated manufacturing organization to identify a Lab Testing Technician for an opportunity in Burlington, MA.

\n


\n

Responsibilities

\n

· Perform routine and non-routine GMP testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

\n

· Execute approved testing procedures and protocols to ensure product quality and compliance.

\n

· Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing.

\n

· Operate, maintain, calibrate, and verify laboratory instruments and testing equipment.

\n

· Troubleshoot equipment issues and support timely resolution to minimize downtime.

\n

· Maintain accurate records of sample information, testing activities, and results.

\n

· Prepare and update documentation related to GMP testing procedures.

\n

· Ensure testing activities comply with GMP regulations, internal quality standards, and established procedures.

\n

· Support investigations related to product quality deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

\n

· Collaborate with Quality Assurance, manufacturing, quality control, and other cross-functional teams.

\n

· Communicate testing results and support corrective actions when required.

\n

· Follow all laboratory safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

\n

· Identify opportunities to improve GMP testing processes, efficiency, and overall product quality.

\n

Requirements

\n

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a relevant field preferred.

\n

· Previous experience as a GMP Test Technician or similar role in a regulated manufacturing environment.

\n

· Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality assurance processes.

\n

· Experience operating and troubleshooting laboratory testing equipment.

\n

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

\n

· Strong organizational and documentation skills.

\n

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

\n

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

\n

Additional Details:

\n

Location model: 100% onsite – Burlington, MA

\n

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM or 10:00 AM start time

\n

Position Type: 1-year contract

\n

Pay range: $19.50/hr - $21.50/hr depending on experience

\n
