At A Place At Home – Merrimack Valley, we're hiring compassionate caregivers for afternoon and evening shifts with start times ranging from 12pm to 4pm throughout Chelmsford and surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for "mother's hours," a few shifts each week, or a full-time daytime schedule, we'll work with you to find hours that fit your life.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

• Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Provide medication reminders

• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes

• Communicate with our office team regarding client needs and changes

What We're Looking For

• Massachusetts HHA or CNA certification preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills

• Home care experience is preferred
