Reading, MA | $35-45/hour | Residential Service | Overtime available

About the Role:

• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences on every call
• Follow company standards and best practices
• Support and assist in training other technicians

Schedule: Monday through Friday, over time available

Pay: $35.00 - 45.00 hourly, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience in HVAC service work, residential setting
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Bonus Points if you have:

• Nate Certification
• HVAC technical school completion
• Supervisory experience
