Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care — South Burlington, VT. This travel temporary assignment starts on 11/17/2026 and runs for Weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shifts available: Evening and/or Overnight. You will provide care in a long-term care setting in South Burlington, Vermont, with weekly pay ranging from $1,857 to $1,912.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer medications and document administration per protocol
- Monitor vital signs, assess needs, and participate in care planning and updates
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain comfort and dignity
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and respond to urgent needs and call lights

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Vermont or eligibility to practice in Vermont
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work Evening and/or Overnight shifts
- Previous experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
