Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues to determine the root cause of malfunctions.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about the repair process and appliance care.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service calls.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as a home appliance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in appliance repair.
