Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring all client interactions are well-documented.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client well-being.
- Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client support.
- Foster and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders to uphold MHA’s mission and standards.
- Engage in relationship-building with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote program initiatives and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Commit to ongoing personal and professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and participating in relevant statewide meetings and committees.
- Embody and promote the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of our agency in all aspects of work.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Compensation and Benefits\n
