Manufacturing Opportunities (Entry Level)

Acton, MA | $24–$27/hr | Training Provided | Multiple Shifts Available

We are currently hiring multiple entry-level positions for a growing medical device manufacturing company in Acton, MA. These roles are a great opportunity for recent high school graduates, entry-level candidates, or anyone looking to start a career in manufacturing.

No advanced experience required. Training is provided.

• Associate Manufacturing Technician

• Operations Quality Technician

• Sorting Coordinator

Pay

$24 – $27 per hour

Pay varies depending on the role and shift.

Shifts Available

• Morning Shift

• Night Shift

Responsibilities (may vary by role)

• Assist with manufacturing and production of medical device components

• Perform visual inspections and quality checks

• Support sorting and organization of production materials

• Follow manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines

• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

• Work closely with production and quality teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Interest in manufacturing, production, or quality operations

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
