Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care and treatment to patients of all ages in a family practice setting
- Perform routine examinations, cleanings, and diagnostic procedures including X-rays
- Develop and present individualized treatment plans to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Uphold strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards
Requirements:
- Valid dental licensure or certification in the state of Massachusetts
- Relevant degree or certification in dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred
- Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
