Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH - just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester. We're actively hiring for a full-time Machine Operator, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.

What You'll Do
- Set up machines and load components per job specifications
- Inspect kits to verify correct components and quantities
- Verify part numbers, feeder setup, and program selection
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
- Inspect initial output for proper placement and quality
- Identify and report defects or equipment issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Complete production and quality documentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret bills of materials and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic math and computer skills
- Good communication skills
- SMT experience a plus (not required)
- Experience with Mycronic/MYDATA equipment a plus (not required)
- High school diploma or GED
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
