What you’ll be working on (and more)

• You’ll lead structural bridge and concrete projects within heavy civil construction.
  
  

• You’ll oversee schedules, productivity, and quality control.
  
  

• You’ll ensure safety compliance on-site while guiding multiple crews.
  
  

What you’ll do day-to-day

• Direct field operations on bridge/structural projects.
  
  

• Supervise crews and subcontractors.
  
  

• Track progress, manage reports, and enforce safety.
  
  

• Coordinate with project managers and engineers.

What you bring

• 8+ years structural/civil construction supervision.
  
  

• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
  
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
  

Ability to lead multiple crews and enforce safety/quality.
