An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth services for a school-based program. This 1099 contract position involves delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) services remotely to support students' individualized behavioral and developmental goals. The role is based in Chelsea, MA, with all services performed through telepractice.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs
- Providing ongoing telehealth ABA therapy sessions, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Collaborating with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies
- Training and coaching educators and caregivers remotely to support effective behavior management
- Maintaining professional documentation and compliance with ABA best practices and ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience delivering ABA services within school settings preferred
- Strong telehealth skills, including use of electronic documentation and communication platforms
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
