Requirements:

- EDM machining experience
- Aerospace/aviation experience preferred
- Experience with Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, and/or Fast Hole EDM
- CNC experience
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- Previous Supervisor, Lead, or Working Lead experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with setup, programming, troubleshooting, and process improvement
- Experience with precision/close-tolerance aerospace components
- NADCAP certification
