Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with five to seven years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and other complex agreements for life sciences companies.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

Analyzing, drafting, and negotiating complex IP and commercial agreements (e.g., licensing, collaboration, distribution, SaaS/Cloud, services, development agreements) in life sciences and/or related industries.

Demonstrated experience advising on IP rights and related technology transactions matters, including in life sciences mergers and acquisitions.

A background including life sciences legal experience, and/or a life sciences or medical degree or training, is preferred.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor

Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
