Mandatory Qualifications for this Job\n
- \n
- Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- BSN required
- Infusion RN experience required
- IV Therapy and Port Access experience required
- Current Vermont RN or Multi-State Compact RN License
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- One year of acute care experience preferred
- CRNI certification preferred
- Strong IV therapy, patient assessment, and clinical skills

Roles and Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Administer IV medications, fluids, and infusion therapies safely
- Access and manage implanted ports and vascular access devices
- Monitor patients and respond to infusion reactions
- Assess patients before, during, and after treatments
- Educate patients and families on infusion care
- Review medication and treatment orders for accuracy
- Coordinate appointments and infusion services
- Assist with prior authorizations and payer communication
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate EMR and medication documentation
- Follow INS standards, infection control, and safety protocols
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
