Role Description The Full Time Sales Specialist at Joss & Main will be based on-site in Burlington, MA and will focus on delivering an engaging in-store experience. This role includes welcoming customers, understanding their home style needs, and recommending products and design solutions that align with their preferences and budget. The Sales Specialist will guide customers through the sales process, including product selection, ordering, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining merchandising standards, staying up to date on new arrivals and seasonal trends, and meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with team members, support training initiatives, and provide consistent, high-quality customer service.

- Ability to work on-site full time in Burlington, MA, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous retail, showroom, or home décor experience preferred but not required.
- Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, design, or related fields is a plus.
