Requirements\n
- \n
- 3+ years of current Renal/Dialysis RN experience – Required
- Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at submission
- AHA BLS – Required
- Current Renal RN skills checklist (within 1 year)
- 1 supervisory signed reference from the past 2 years
- Complete work history
- Own vehicle required
- Traveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Permanent address must be provided at submission
