Exciting full-time opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) who enjoy supporting students in K-12 educational settings. Multiple roles are available at various school locations, working with a diverse caseload of students in a collaborative and supportive environment. This contract position offers a dynamic role providing speech and language services, with openings suited for both experienced SLPs as well as dedicated SLPAs. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required for SLPs)
- Current or eligible for state licensure in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Open to licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver speech/language therapy for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress towards student goals
- Address a variety of communication disorders including articulation, fluency, language, and social communication
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to overall student support efforts
