Job DescriptionShowroom CoordinatorLocation: Vineyard Haven, MAJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced appliance sales and service environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining showroom organization, supporting sales operations, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.The ideal candidate enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on floor coordination while delivering a high-quality customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Showroom OperationsPartner with Operations Manager, Sales leadership, and showroom staff to maintain proper merchandising and organization of the sales floorSupport showroom flow and help implement a structured customer "UP" system when appropriateOversee product movement including transfers, customer pickups, stock handling, and floor coordinationScan and track products entering and leaving the locationCustomer ExperienceGreet and assist walk-in customers while managing incoming callsProvide professional front-line support and route inquiries to the appropriate team membersHelp create a welcoming, efficient showroom environmentPricing & Inventory SupportMaintain electronic pricing tags and ensure product pricing accuracyAssist with floor organization and product oversightDaily Financial & Administrative TasksPerform end-of-day reconciliation including cash, checks, and credit card transactionsPrepare electronic and physical bank depositsMaintain accurate cash drawer balances and follow daily close-out proceduresSales Staff SupportHelp oversee showroom responsibilities and support sales staff in maintaining assigned areasAssist with cross-department coordination as neededAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned based on business needsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredMinimum 3+ years in sales support, showroom coordination, retail operations, or inventory-related rolesExperience supporting multiple staff members or coordinating workflows preferredSkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience with project coordination, training support, or technical systems a plusAbility to work cross-functionally and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to move throughout showroom and office spacesOccasional lifting up to 25 lbsCombination of desk work and active showroom oversightAbility to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as neededWhy Join UsCollaborative, customer-focused environmentOpportunity to play a central role in daily showroom operationsStable, full-time position with growth potential$25-$30/hour
