We are partnering with a school district in the Springfield, VT area seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity in a supportive school environment focused on helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and developmental success.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant school or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of disabilities, instructional strategies, and student support practices preferred
- CPI, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Interventionist training coursework expected within 6 months of hire
Responsibilities:
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and developmental needs
- Provide individual and small-group support
- Assist with classroom instruction and student engagement
- Implement accommodations and support strategies
- Assist with classroom activities and student supervision
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff
