Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, duration, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, needs, and circumstances.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.
- Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect evolving needs and outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on the nature of mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
- Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Advocate for client needs and contribute to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
The primary focus of this role will be on clients managing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your work will facilitate their recovery and support their journey toward long-term mental health stability.

- A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Completion of a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
