Weekend Shift Registered Nurse (Massachusetts)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Shift Registered Nurse (Massachusetts) to join our team at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care in Hadley, Massachusetts. As a registered nurse on our weekend shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional patient outcomes

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure that all needs are met and concerns are addressed

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

Current Massachusetts RN license

BSN degree or equivalent required

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse
