Position Name: RN Medical Practice Manager
Type: Full Time/Permanent - Direct Hire
Location: Peterborough, NH, US
Salary range: $80 - $90K (dependent on education and experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN Medical Practice Manager to oversee daily medical practice operations, including financial management, staff supervision, clinical administration, patient care systems, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall medical practice operations and daily workflows.
- Develop and monitor budgets, billing, collections, and financial performance.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and employee performance.
- Manage clinical and administrative teams.
- Improve patient scheduling, workflow, and satisfaction.
- Maintain medical records, data security, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate staff training and professional development.
- Work with leadership to implement organizational goals and improve operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field – Required.
- Bachelor's degree – Highly Preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience – Required.
- Previous Medical Practice Management experience preferred.
- Active New Hampshire RN license – Required (Compact accepted).
- BLS certification (AHA) – Required.

- Knowledge of medical practice policies and procedures.
Important: Candidates with an active NH RN license and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required.
