Manufacturing Operator I – Exact Job Requirements (Simple)
- Location: Mansfield, MA (Onsite)
- Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM / 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Contract: Until 02/02/2027
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: 0–3 years manufacturing / production / machining experience
Must Have Skills:
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience
- Ability to operate computer-controlled machines
- Basic mechanical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math skills (decimals, percentages, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to perform inspections and measurements
- Ability to follow SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Good documentation and data entry skills
Preferred Experience:
- CNC machines / Swiss lathes
- Citizen Lathes
- Haas Grinders
- Centerless Grinders
- Sunnen Hone
- Fanuc Robotics
- Precision machining
- Medical device manufacturing
- GMP / FDA regulated environment
- Inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, dial indicators)
