Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 learners by providing dedicated school psychologist services for a forward-thinking district near Keene, NH. This contract opportunity covers the 2026-2027 school year, primarily focusing on elementary students while offering some district-wide responsibilities. You’ll play a central role in developing individualized education plans, conducting direct student evaluations, and collaborating closely with school staff to deliver school-based psychological services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold, or be eligible for, the New Hampshire School Psychologist endorsement (0046) OR be a licensed New Hampshire Psychologist or Associate School Psychologist.
- Master’s degree or higher is preferred, reflecting your commitment to educational and psychological best practices.
- Previous experience working in school settings with K-12 populations, especially at the elementary level, is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in creating IEPs/plans and leading direct student evaluations are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and provide direct student evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 plans in alignment with district policies.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student growth and well-being.
- Deliver consultative and direct services that foster positive educational outcomes for students.
- Remain current with compliance standards and ethical guidelines for school psychologists.
