Make a real impact in students’ lives as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school environment. This onsite position offers the opportunity to support children’s communication skills and foster progress in collaboration with a passionate educational team.

In this full-time role, you’ll provide direct speech and language services, conduct evaluations, and participate in IEP planning for the 2026–2027 academic year. Work closely with students, educators, and allied professionals to unlock each child’s potential while gaining valuable school-based experience.

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license or eligible for CF-SLP in Massachusetts
  • Preferred: Previous school-based SLP experience
  • Demonstrated skill in delivering speech and language therapy to school-aged children
  • Proficient in conducting detailed assessments and evaluations
  • Experience in developing and implementing IEP goals and documentation
  • Excellent collaboration skills with teachers, special education staff, and broader multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Reliable transportation for consistent onsite presence

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students to address a variety of needs
  • Complete thorough assessments, evaluations, and develop personalized IEP goals
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to support each student’s educational journey
  • Consult and coordinate with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
