Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Active Vermont RN license or multi-state RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS certification
- Meditech experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to care for a diverse patient population in a general med-surg environment
- Flu vaccination required

Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care for adult patients and occasional pediatric patients in a medical-surgical setting
- Coordinate comprehensive inpatient med-surg care in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Support patients with medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric needs as assigned
- Collaborate closely with the care team, including nursing leadership and supervisory staff
- Deliver holistic care that supports patients' physical, emotional, spiritual, and developmental needs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safe, efficient nursing practices
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
