What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered
  • Experience working in K-12 schools or with pediatric populations
  • Ability to deliver therapy to individuals and small groups
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff and families
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, data collection, and progress monitoring

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting student assessments, screenings, and evaluations
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication goals
  • Providing therapy services to students as indicated on IEPs
  • Documenting progress, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate records
  • Collaborating with general and special education teachers, as well as parents and multidisciplinary teams
  • Attending and contributing to IEP meetings and school-wide initiatives
  • Advocating for students’ communication needs throughout the school environment
