Job Summary\n
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct and individualized nursing care in the CVOR setting.
- Prepare operating room for surgery with required tools and materials.
- Assist in surgical operations under the guidelines established by the department.
- Maintain flexibility with schedule to ensure optimal patient care coverage.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, including one full weekend of call every 5 weeks.
- Facilitate communication between surgical team and patient's family.

Qualifications\n

- Current RN license with BLS certification required.
- CNOR certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience with recent Cardiovascular/Open Heart proficiency.
- Large academic teaching hospital experience needed.
- Epic experience within the past 2 years is mandatory.
- Prior travel nurse experience is required.
