Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightside Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.
- Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track, evaluate, and report on client progress and treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
