Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightside Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging online group sessions designed to foster connections among clients, where they can safely share their experiences and learn from one another.

  • Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions, focusing on exploring clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, along with helping formulate effective coping strategies.

  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

  • Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track, evaluate, and report on client progress and treatment outcomes.

  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in tandem with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, communicating effectively to provide holistic care and consulting on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our organization provides:
