A hospital-based pharmacist position is available in Berlin, NH, offering a rewarding opportunity to provide essential inpatient pharmacy services. This travel assignment allows licensed pharmacists to utilize their skills in a dynamic clinical environment supporting multiple hospital units including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dispensing and verifying medications for inpatient use
  • Collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy
  • Managing medication distribution and inventory using Meditech and Omnicell systems
  • Providing independent coverage during weekends and supporting the clinical needs of multiple hospital units
  • Maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience required
  • Ability to work independently, especially on weekends
  • Familiarity with Meditech preferred; experience with Omnicell is a plus
  • Licensed pharmacist eligible to practice in New Hampshire; temporary/faster license processing is available

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Regular shifts from 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 or 5:00 p.m.
  • Rotating weekends on a 1-in-3 basis, covering Saturday/Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
