Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care
Location: Springfield, Vermont Area
Employment Type: Full-Time

This well-established, community-focused health system is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a supportive outpatient primary care team.

Position Highlights

100% outpatient primary care
Integrated behavioral health and care coordination support
Team-based, patient-centered environment
32 clinical hours + 8 administrative hours considered full-time
Attractive shared call schedule
Opportunity to mentor and provide leadership within the practice
Comfortable panel size with emphasis on quality patient care
Strong focus on evidence-based medicine and preventative care

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $240,000–$255,000

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Vermont license or eligibility to obtain
Completion of accredited residency training program
Comfortable managing complex patient populations
Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome
