Key Responsibilities\n

- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate effective treatment.
- Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting emotional intelligence and resilience among patients through tailored discussions and activities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to mental health, ensuring integrated care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

- A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Two years of post-licensure experience is strongly preferred, demonstrating expertise in managing complex mental health cases.
- Solid understanding of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches.
- Strong crisis intervention skills and proficiency in managing high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n
